It has enhanced reporting ensures timely and consistent communication of constraints, helping project teams address them efficiently.
The reporting data appears directly within the project schedule and the customer dashboard, providing real-time visibility to both internal teams and customers. The process includes a field reporting sheet used by technicians to capture detailed issue information, including photos and attached documents accessible via mobile devices. This integration supports seamless updates and verification.
Resolution acceptance is carefully managed with oversight by Hoffman Building Technologies (HBT) Project Managers. Once a snag or constraint is resolved validated through feedback from general contractors and internal verification, it is marked complete but remains tracked historically to show the impact on project timelines. Baseline and actual schedule variances help quantify any delays caused by these constraints.
